Full Job Description
Our client are a respected, well funded Tier 2 construction company with a strong footprint of commercial, residential, education, health and government projects across Australia & New Zealand. 
 

The Role

They are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented  Submissions Manager or Submissions Coordinator  to lead the preparation of compelling and high-quality tender submissions, EOI documents, and project bids. This is a pivotal role working closely with senior management, estimators, and project teams to secure new opportunities and support the company’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end submissions process for tenders, EOIs, and pre-qualifications.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders, consultants, and partners to gather required information and content.
  • Develop and maintain templates, case studies, and other key collateral.
  • Craft clear, persuasive, and tailored content to highlight the company’s capabilities.
  • Ensure all submissions are delivered on time, compliant, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Maintain a library of previous submissions, CVs, and project data.
  • Lead post-submission reviews and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within the construction or architectural or engineering sector.
  • Strong writing, editing, and document design skills.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex submissions to tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Tier 2 construction operations and major client expectations.
  • Expertise in Adobe InDesign, with the ability to create visually appealing and high-quality documents, as well as, the full Adobe Suite
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure with a proactive mindset.
