Registered Nurse In Home Care Capacity
- Provide in-home care to clients as a Registered Nurse.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and identify their needs.
- Manage delegated tasks and work collaboratively with a team.
A Bachelors Degree in Nursing and current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, identify their needs and preferences, and persuasively communicate how our services can meet their requirements
Manage delegated tasks and meet required deadlines.
Ability to work closely with a team, including the ability to delegate tasks, provide feedback and address performance issues
Developed problem-solving and decision-making skills to address complex issues and make informed decisions in a timely manner
Very good interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated experience working with older adults
Understanding of relevant legislation, policies and guidelines governing the provision of home care services, such as the Aged Care Quality Standards, Home Care Common Standards and the National Disability Insurance Scheme
Demonstrated computer skills including Microsoft Office 365 and various other software applications
Current AHPRA registration
Current First Aid and CPR
