You’ll handle a varied caseload across insolvency matters, working closely with a renowned Partner and senior solicitors and clients to deliver accurate, timely advice and strong case management from start to finish.
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Qualified legal knowledge with a clear understanding of insolvency processes and legal principles
- Strong drafting skills, including the ability to produce clear and professional legal documents
- Case management capability, including organisation, prioritisation, and attention to detail
- Commercial awareness to advise and support clients with practical, outcome-driven thinking
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for client updates, internal coordination, and stakeholder engagement
- Professional judgement and confidentiality, handling sensitive information with care
Nice to Have Skills
These would be beneficial (but are not essential):
- Experience assisting on corporate insolvency and related matters
- Previous exposure to commercial litigation or restructuring support
Preferred Education and Experience
- Admitted in Western Australia
- Experience level that aligns with a Lawyer(1-3) or Associate(3-5) profile in insolvency and/or related areas
- Demonstrated interest in insolvency/restructuring work through training, prior roles, or relevant case experience
