Senior Finance Officer
- Oversee day-to-day financial transactions including AP/AR, invoicing, payroll, superannuation, and BAS preparation.

Based in Perth, this newly created role presents a rare opportunity to join a business in an exciting phase of growth and transformation.
As a key member of the finance team, you will report directly to the CFO and Founder to play a pivotal role in shaping the Accounts & Payroll processes. You will be doing a wide variety of tasks across multiple entities from processing invoices up to trial balance - day in day out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day financial transactions including AP/AR, invoicing, payroll, superannuation, and BAS preparation.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledgers.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support year-end accounting and tax processes.
- Assist management with financial planning and operational forecasting.
- Review and improve financial processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
About You:
- 3+ years experience within a multi-entity commercial environment or Accounting Practice.
- Experience operating at Bookkeeper or Assistant Accountant level.
- Experienced in intercompany transactions & reconciliations.
- Demonstrated success in driving business improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
