Facilities Manager - Client Side

Our client is a national landlord and leading Australian property and investment organisation with a significant portfolio of quality commercial assets.

They are seeking an up-and-coming Facilities Manager to take ownership of a small portfolio of predominantly A-grade office assets across the CBD and city fringe. 

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager looking to take the next step, with the support and guidance of an experienced and highly regarded leader.

About the role:

• Manage the day-to-day facilities operations across a CBD office portfolio
• Oversee approximately 20- 30 tenants, building strong and responsive relationships
• Coordinate contractors, building services and compliance requirements
• Understand and manage the technical aspects of the buildings
• Assist with capital works and minor projects across the portfolio
• Respond to tenant needs, listen to their concerns and provide a high level of customer service
• Maintain strong communication with tenants, contractors and key stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have Facilities Management or Facilities Coordination experience and a sound understanding of building services and technical operations. Just as importantly, you will be tenant-focused, responsive and approachable, with the ability to listen, communicate effectively and build strong relationships.
