Key Responsibilities:
Lead all commercial and contract management activities across multiple utilities projects
Oversee contract compliance, risk management, procurement, and cost forecasting
Review and negotiate head contract and subcontractor terms
Prepare and present commercial reports to senior leadership and clients
Build trusted working relationships with delivery teams, finance, and legal stakeholders
Mentor and support junior commercial staff and site-based teams
What We’re Looking For:
Strong background in contract and commercial management within utilities or infrastructure
Deep understanding of head contract frameworks and subcontractor engagement
Confident communicator with experience managing commercial performance across large programs
Financial literacy and experience producing forecasts and risk reports
A proactive mindset with strong stakeholder and team leadership skills
