As a Finishes Foreman, you will require:
- Experience as a Finishes Foreman, Foreman or Site Supervisor.
- Background delivering townhouses, apartments or high-volume residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of internal finishes, defects and handovers.
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and dwellings simultaneously.
- Excellent eye for detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong subcontractor management and programming skills.
- Trade background or relevant QBCC qualifications highly regarded.

As the Finishes Foreman, you'll take ownership of the finishing stages, coordinating trades, managing defects and driving townhouses through to completion and handover.
