Dock Hand

- Duties include loading/unloading trucks, scanning and sorting freight, and general dock duties.

About the Role
AWX are seeking reliable and physically fit Dock Handlers to join a busy freight and logistics operation based in Kemps Creek. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, physical work and is looking for ongoing casual employment.
Your duties may include:
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Moving cages, stillages and pallets
• Scanning and sorting freight
• Re-palletising freight
• Identifying and reporting damaged freight
• Preparing freight for dispatch
• General dock and warehouse duties
• Following all site safety procedures
What We're Looking For:
• Minimum 6-12 months warehousing, freight or dock hand experience preferred
• Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual handling of 15kg+
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Good attention to detail
• Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Steel-cap boots and high-vis required
• Reliable transport to Kemps Creek

• Immediate starts
• Ongoing casual work
• Morning shift: 5:00am - 10:00am | $34.39/hr
• Afternoon shift: 3:00pm - 9:00pm | $39.20/hr
• Monday - Friday work
