About the Role:
As the first Clinical Manager to join our site, you will work closely with the Residential Manager to ensure the delivery of highquality, residentcentered care is the focus. You will play a key role in commissioning this home, supported by our national Operations, Quality, Recruitment, HR, Finance, IT and Support Services teams.
About You:
- Experience as a Clinical Manager (or similar role) in aged care
- Strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills
- Experience leading, supervising and developing staff
- Understanding of funding, accreditation and care planning
- Excellent communication, leadership and problemsolving
- Strong organisation, time management and tech confidence
- A compassionate, residentfocused approach
- Current Police Check (within 12 months)
- RN qualification with unrestricted AHPRA registration
