About the Opportunity

We're partnering with several established and growing civil contractors delivering significant infrastructure projects across Southeast Queensland and regional Australia.

With secured workloads and continued growth, multiple opportunities are available for experienced Civil Supervisors to join high-performing project teams across a diverse range of civil works. Options include local SEQ projects, FIFO rosters and relocation opportunities depending on your experience and preferences.

Project exposure includes TMR road upgrades, water infrastructure, piling, subdivisions, bulk earthworks and major civil infrastructure, providing excellent project variety, long-term stability and genuine opportunities to progress your career.

As a Civil Supervisor, you'll take ownership of daily site delivery, leading crews and subcontractors while coordinating resources and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to program.

Salary & Benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site activities across civil construction projects
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, plant and resources to maintain productivity
• Drive compliance across safety, quality and environmental requirements
• Track site progress, construction sequencing and resource requirements
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to achieve program milestones
• Maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants and project stakeholders

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience working as a Civil Supervisor within civil construction
• Project experience across TMR roads, water, piling, subdivisions or bulk earthworks
• Strong leadership, site planning and subcontractor coordination capabilities
• Solid understanding of HSEQ requirements and civil construction methodologies
• Ability to coordinate multiple work fronts while maintaining project programs
• Strong communication, organisation and practical problem-solving skills
