Are you passionate about hospitality, customer service, and creating exceptional guest experiences? Coomera Lodge Hotel, a beloved local institution, is looking for an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join our team!
As Assistant Venue Manager with AVC, you'll work closely with the Venue Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue — leading from the front to create an outstanding guest experience while driving operational excellence across all departments.

Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in an Assistant Venue Manager role
- Strong experience working in a gaming venue
- Strong experience working with TAB
- Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
- Ability to conduct stocktakes and investigate stock losses
- Order and maintain par levels across beverage, food and venue consumables
- Train, performance manage and motivate staff
- RMLV & Approved Managers License
- Accommodation management experience, or exposure to hotel accommodation operations, will be highly regarded
