Warehouse Leader | SAP & High Reach Forklift Experience Essential | $46.00 Per Hour

Are you an experienced warehouse professional with strong leadership skills, advanced SAP knowledge, and proven high reach forklift experience?

We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Leader to join a busy and growing distribution operation based in Murarrie. The successful candidate will combine leadership capability with strong warehouse systems knowledge, taking ownership of inventory accuracy, workflow coordination, safety, and day-to-day operational outcomes within a fast-paced environment.

Key Details:

• Pay Rate: $46.00 per hour
• Shifts: Monday to Friday - 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Location: Murarrie, QLD
• Essential Requirements: SAP Experience & High Reach Forklift Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support daily warehouse operations to achieve productivity, service, and safety targets
• Operate high reach forklifts for putaways, replenishment, stock movements, and order picking
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock investigations, and reconciliations
• Process inventory transactions, goods receipts, and stock movements within SAP
• Coordinate receiving, dispatch, and transport activities to ensure operational efficiency
• Allocate workloads and support warehouse team members to meet daily requirements
• Drive compliance with workplace health and safety policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse environment
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and efficiency

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong SAP experience within a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environment
• Current LF Forklift Licence with demonstrated high reach forklift experience
• Previous experience as a Warehouse Leader, Team Leader, Warehouse Coordinator, Senior Storeperson, or similar leadership role
• Sound understanding of inventory control, warehouse operations, and stock management processes
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop team members
• Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Ability to successfully complete a National Police Check
