Capstone are partnered with a privately owned Melbourne-based property developer with a strong pipeline of large-scale projects and commercial assets. Reporting directly to senior development leadership, this role offers the opportunity to work across major developments currently in planning and development while gaining exposure to asset management and acquisition activities within a collaborative, flat-structured business.
The Role
Initially, your focus will be across two landmark Melbourne developments, including:
- An 80-storey commercial tower currently progressing through planning and development
- A large-scale mixed-use urban renewal project incorporating a significant heritage component and long-term staged delivery
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating consultants and project stakeholders
- Assisting with planning, design and approval processes
- Monitoring project programmes and key deliverables
- Supporting site management and maintenance requirements
- Liaising with authorities and consultants
- Assisting with asset management and acquisition activities
About You
- 5+ years' experience in property development, project management or client-side consultancy
- Experience delivering large-scale built form projects
- Exposure to residential, mixed-use or high-rise developments highly regarded
- Strong consultant coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, organised and commercially minded
- Down-to-earth, collaborative and seeking a long-term opportunity
