    As a Contractor Psychologist, you will:

    • Conduct psychological assessments and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents
    • Support clients with a range of presentations, including anxiety, behavioural concerns, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, emotional regulation difficulties, and developmental challenges
    • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans tailored to client goals
    • Monitor and evaluate therapeutic outcomes, adapting interventions as required
    • Work collaboratively with families, carers, educators, and allied health professionals
    • Participate in multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary service delivery
    • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, reports, and progress notes
    • Contribute to community education and mental health awareness initiatives
    • Engage in ongoing professional development and clinical supervision opportunities

    • Tertiary qualification in Psychology
    • Current General Registration with AHPRA
    • Experience or strong interest in working with children and adolescents
    • Strong assessment, intervention, and report-writing skills
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
    • Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development

    ⭐ Desirable

    • Experience working within paediatric, disability, or community-based settings
    • Experience supporting children with ASD, ADHD, anxiety, and behavioural challenges
    • Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
    • Experience working with NDIS participants and families
