Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 technical support to users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and basic network issues
- Assist with computer, laptop and peripheral setup
- Support Microsoft 365 and common business applications
- Assist with user accounts and system access
- Install and configure software and devices
- Document technical issues and solutions
- Support general IT maintenance and administration
Skills & Requirements
- Studying or recently completed Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Networking or a related qualification
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Understanding of computer hardware and networking fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and develop practical IT skills
