• Lead HSE systems improvement and digital transformation initiatives
• Drive reporting, analytics, and data governance across the business

We're seeking an experienced HSE Systems Improvement & Reporting Leader to drive continuous improvement across HSE systems, analytics, governance, reporting, and digital innovation. What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in a leadership role
• Strong background in HSE systems, reporting, analytics, digital improvement, or risk management
• Experience delivering executive-level reporting and insights
• Advanced capability with Power BI, Excel, and business reporting tools
• Strong understanding of ISO standards, risk frameworks, and safety performance metrics
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience within utilities, infrastructure, energy, mining, or other high-risk industries is highly regarded
