V&V AND SYSTEMS ENGINEER

If you're a Systems or V&V Engineer who likes getting your hands dirty and seeing your work make it into the real world, this could be a good one.

I'm working with an innovative business in the water technology space, developing smart, autonomous treatment systems designed to provide clean drinking water in remote and decentralised environments.

They're looking for a V&V / Systems Engineer to join the team and take real ownership of how their technology is tested, validated and improved.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the mix of systems thinking + hands-on engineering.

You'll be involved in everything from testing and troubleshooting through to field trials, working closely with the wider engineering team to make sure the product performs exactly as it should.

You'll ideally have:

• 5+ years' experience across V&V, Systems Engineering or a similar product environment
• A Mechanical, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering or related degree
• Experience testing and validating complex hardware or equipment
• A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving
• Strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills
• The confidence to work autonomously and take ownership
• Great communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience with industrial equipment, PLCs, instrumentation, field trials, commissioning or regulated products would be a big plus.
There's also plenty of opportunity to get involved beyond traditional V&V, helping shape product improvements and seeing your work move from the test bench into the field.
