We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a high-performing infrastructure delivery team responsible for the successful delivery of major civil projects across Queensland.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned project professional who enjoys working in complex environments, collaborating with technical specialists, contractors and stakeholders, and seeing large-scale infrastructure projects delivered from concept through to completion.

The Opportunity
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll support the successful delivery of significant civil infrastructure projects by providing project management expertise, coordinating stakeholders, and helping ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
You'll be involved in:
- Managing consultants, contractors and project resources
- Supporting project planning, procurement and delivery activities
- Monitoring project scope, budgets, schedules and risks
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and technical specialists
- Assisting with contract administration and stakeholder engagement
- Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, policies and governance requirements
- Driving a positive and collaborative project culture
About You
You are an experienced project management professional with a strong background in civil infrastructure and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
You'll bring:
- Demonstrated experience delivering civil infrastructure projects
- Strong project management and contract administration capability
- Experience leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Sound knowledge of road and/or bridge construction projects
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- The ability to make informed decisions in complex and fast-paced environments
- A commitment to safety, inclusion and continuous improvement
Qualifications & Experienc e
- Diploma in Project Management
- Previous experience within civil construction or engineering environments
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
- Civil Engineering Degree highly regarded
