The team at Flexiforce are seeking a reliable and motivated MR Truck Driver / Process Worker for a manufacturing company in Moss Vale, NSW.
This is a diverse role offering a great mix of driving and hands-on warehouse/processing duties, with approximately 2 days per week driving and 3 days per week process work.
About the Role:
This dual-role position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday. You will be responsible for the safe operation of an MR truck for deliveries, while also supporting our clients processing operations to ensure products are prepared, handled, and dispatched efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
MR Truck Driver Duties (3 Days Per Week)
- Safely operate a Medium Rigid (MR) truck.
- Complete local deliveries.
- Load and unload vehicles as required.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain logbooks.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed safely and on schedule.
- Provide professional customer service when dealing with clients and suppliers.
Process Worker Duties (2 Days Per Week)
- Operate processing and production equipment.
- Sort, prepare, pack, and label products.
- Maintain quality standards and follow production procedures.
- Assist with stock handling and inventory management.
- Keep work areas clean and compliant with workplace safety standards.
- Support the wider team with general operational tasks.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have –
- Current MR Truck Licence (essential).
- Good driving record and commitment to safe work practices.
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and manual handling.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Forklift licence (desirable but not essential).
- Previous experience in transport, warehouse, manufacturing, or process work is highly regarded.
