Operator/Supervisor

Core Talent are currently recruiting for a well-established company in the waste and resource recovery industry, with a strong reputation across Queensland.

Your new role:
We are looking for an experienced Operator/Supervisor to join their site team in Burleigh as they continue to grow operations.

In your new role you will be employed on a permanent full time basis
You will be operating a range of heavy machinery, while also taking on day-to-day supervision of the site team. You'll be responsible for keeping operations running efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment, while monitoring throughput and KPI’s.

Requirements
The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Current loader and excavator tickets
• Proven ability to supervise or lead a small team
• Comfortable working with numbers
• Able to pass a drug and alcohol test
• Construction white card
• Must be confident with numbers and KPI tracking
