We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to bring their expertise and precision to our dynamic workforce in WA.

Position Overview

As a Carpenter, you will join our team on civil construction projects, delivering high-quality formwork in line with project specifications. You will interpret drawings accurately, construct and install formwork systems efficiently, and work safely and collaboratively as part of a supportive site team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carry out all aspects of formwork carpentry on civil construction projects.
2. Interpret and work from construction drawings and specifications accurately.
3. Install, assemble, and dismantle formwork systems to a high standard.
4. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
5. Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and project requirements.
6. Work collaboratively with supervisors and site teams to meet deadlines.
7. Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety and compliance at all times.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Relevant trade qualifications and certifications in carpentry or formwork.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in formwork carpentry or a similar role within civil construction.
3. Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans accurately.
4. Strong skills in the safe use of hand and power tools associated with the trade.
5. Valid Construction White Card.
6. Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
