Working hours - 9:00 - 13:00 (Monday to Friday)

Rate of pay: $27.98 per hour

We’re seeking dedicated and reliable Part Time Administrator to join our team supporting the Australian Defence Force through our ESS business. This role plays a key part in ensuring administrative, financial, and operational processes run smoothly, while working closely with site management teams.

Job requirements:

  • Perform general office and administrative duties to support site operations.
  • Oversee work order administration, including coordinating with stakeholders on service or delivery requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to leadership for daily operations.
  • Manage invoicing, receipting, and goods receiving, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain and update data in scheduling and tracking systems, ensuring all billable items are accurately recorded and reported
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock management as required.
  • Collect, review, and record compliance and safety documentation
  • Undertake other ad hoc duties as required.

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience in administration, preferably in a site-based or operational environment
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly with financial and reporting tasks.
  • Well-organised, reliable, and able to manage routine tasks independently.
  • High standard of accuracy in data entry and attention to detail.
  • A team player with a professional and friendly attitude, with the ability to relate to a diverse range of people, from front line staff to senior management.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance.  
  • Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this position.
