We're seeking an experienced Property Manager to support a busy and growing real estate office in Windsor on a short-term basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can step into a portfolio, manage inspections confidently and keep operations running smoothly with minimal handover. Due to unexpected leave and increased workload, this role requires someone who is adaptable, organised and comfortable working autonomously from day one.

Your Day-to-Day
- Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Attend leasing inspections and open homes
- Liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Manage day-to-day residential property management duties
- Maintain property records and inspection reports
- Support a busy residential portfolio
- Hours are 830am -5pm (these can be flexible)
What We're Looking For
- Previous Residential Property Management experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Confidence conducting inspections and managing tenant relationships
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence preferred
- Experience using property management software
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle essential
- Available to commence immediately
