What we’re looking for:
- A personal who his genuinely fulfilled by the practice of hospitality, building connections, customising guests experience and problem solving
- Proven experience at a managerial level in premium venues
- Strong service instincts, with the ability to read the floor and lead in real time
- A commitment to detail, consistency, and continuous improvement
- The ability to develop people and build a high-performing team culture
- Current RSA and Approved Manager certification
