Trust Medical Recruitment is seeking experienced GP Supervisors to provide remote clinical supervision, mentorship, and support to doctors working across regional and rural communities throughout the Northern Territory (NT).
This flexible, remunerated role requires approximately one hour per week per doctor and can be conducted remotely via phone, secure video conferencing, and electronic messaging. Supervisors will also complete brief AHPRA reports every three months and participate in periodic feedback and governance processes.
Requirements
- Fellowship with RACGP or ACRRM
- Minimum of 3 years post-fellowship experience
- Current Vocational Registration with AHPRA
- Current professional indemnity insurance
- Passion for mentoring and supporting rural and regional doctors
