Junior Property Management Assistant | Lane Cove Area
The Opportunity:
Join a boutique, family-owned property business in Lane Cove as a Junior Property Management Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their career in property management while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.
You’ll work closely with the Property Management team, focusing on the field-based side of property management — with no portfolio management, arrears or paperwork!
Your Day-to-Day:
- Conduct routine inspections
- Complete incoming condition reports
- Host open homes and leasing inspections
- Assist with leasing activities
- Identify and report any property issues to the Property Manager
- Provide exceptional service to landlords, tenants and prospective tenants
- Support the wider Property Management team as required
About You:
- Certificate of Registration is essential
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
- Professional, well-presented and confident
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Keen to learn and develop a career in Property Management
- Comfortable working Saturdays as part of the role
