$37.70/hr (Morning Shift) | $43.36/hr (Afternoon Shift)
Morning Shift: 7:00am - 3:06pm | Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm

About the Role
Our client, a leading manufacturing business based in Truganina, is seeking experienced Machine Operators to join their team on an ongoing casual basis. This is a hands-on role suited to mechanically minded individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and taking ownership of machine performance.

What's Involved?
✅ Operating and monitoring production machinery
✅ Machine setup and mould changes
✅ Troubleshooting machine issues and breakdowns
✅ Maintaining production quality and output targets
✅ Following safety procedures and workplace standards

What We're Looking For
✔ Previous Machine Operator experience in a manufacturing or production environment
✔ Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
✔ Experience with machine setup and changeovers
✔ Energetic, proactive and positive attitude
✔ Reliable with a strong work ethic
✔ Available for ongoing Monday to Friday work
