The Company

This is a long-standing South Australian civil contractor with a proven record delivering earthworks, industrial site preparation, and infrastructure works across the state. They’ve built their reputation on reliability, strong client partnerships, and delivering work to a high standard, on time and on budget.
  

The Role

• Supervising crews and subcontractor
• Coordinating earthworks, drainage, concrete, retaining and service installations
• Ensuring plans, scopes and QA documents are followed
• Managing day-to-day site productivity, safety and quality
• Liaising with clients, builders and internal teams
• Tracking progress, forecasting needs and solving problems before they become issues
• Making sure the work is done on time and on budget

 
The Criteria

• An experienced civil Site Supervisor, or a Leading Hand ready to step up.
• Strong knowledge of earthworks, civil services, drainage and concrete.
• Confident reading drawings, managing crews and organising daily site activities.
• Australian experience delivering industrial or commercial civil packages.
