About the role:
- Lead the drafting, review and negotiation of complex ICT and technology agreements
- Advise on major technology sourcing, procurement and outsourcing arrangements
- Act as a key legal adviser on digital transformation and technology-driven business initiatives
- Provide strategic guidance on digital law issues including privacy, cybersecurity, AI governance and intellectual property
- Work closely with commercial, procurement and executive stakeholders on business-critical technology projects
- Play a senior role within a growing, high-performing ICT & Digital Law team
The ideal candidate:
- 5-10 years’ PQE gained within a reputable technology or in house practice
- Strong experience drafting and negotiating technology, ICT and outsourcing agreements
- Excellent commercial judgement with a practical, solutions-focused approach
- Solid understanding of technology ecosystems and digital business models
- In-house technology lawyers with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
- Confident communicator comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders
