Genus Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join the Clean Energy Link North Project at Regans Ford.
This is an opportunity to work on a major transmission infrastructure project supporting Western Australia's growing energy network. With a 12-month project duration and ongoing opportunities across the Genus business, this role offers long-term stability and career progression.

About the role
Reporting to the Project Team, you will supervise electrical crews and oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise electrical crews onsite
- Coordinate daily work activities and site resources
- Monitor progress, productivity, and quality outcomes
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and project standards
- Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Support successful delivery of substation and transmission works
About you
- Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor within substations, transmission, or major infrastructure projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- WA Electrical Licence
- Current Driver's Licence
- White Card
- Western Power project experience highly regarded
