Hours: 38 hours/week, Flexible to full time or part time

Position Overview:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, working closely with patients to assess their needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions. You will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals across a variety of settings, including clinics and community-based programs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess clients' abilities.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that promote independence and improve daily functioning
• Provide individualized occupational therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment recommendations, and environmental modifications.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Supervision and professional development is an integral part of this role.

Qualifications:

• Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Full registration with AHPRA
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
