We are working with a well-established provider of allied health services across Perth who is currently seeking Occupational Therapists to join their expanding team. Positions are available across residential aged care and community/home care settings throughout the Perth metropolitan area, both north and south of the river.Whether you're an experienced OT or a new graduate, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of older adults, working within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment that values high-quality, client-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver OT assessments and therapy plans aligned with restorative, wellness, and evidence-based practices
-
Implement rehabilitation, reablement, pain management, and falls prevention strategies
-
Develop and manage individualised therapy programs tailored to client goals

Conduct home visits, safety assessments, and prescribe appropriate equipment and modifications

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physios, speech pathologists, dietitians, and podiatrists
-
Guide and supervise therapy or lifestyle assistants
-
Promote innovation and continuous improvement in aged care services
About You
-
AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist (New graduates welcome)
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-
Passionate about working with older adults in both residential and community settings
-
Understanding of the Aged Care Act (1997), Accreditation Standards & OH&S legislation
-
NDIS Worker Screening Check, COVID-19 and Flu vaccination, and National Police Check (or willing to obtain)

Based in Australia with full working rights
