Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum + super

Location: Bendigo, VIC

The Client, a registered NDIS health provider, offers a diverse array of community-based, allied health services to individuals of all ages and abilities. The role requires the provision of evidence-based services through multiple delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services. Referrals can originate via the NDIS, Medicare, or private sources. This is a mobile role, offering the flexibility to work from home or the company's hubs when not conducting client appointments.

Key Responsibilities

The professional will be responsible for a range of duties focused on maximizing client function and engagement:

• Assessing and providing interventions for children and adults living with a range of disabilities.

• Working within the NDIS framework to maximize clients' level of function, capacity, and social engagement.

• Assisting clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications (in relevant fields).

• Completing timely documentation and report writing.

• Managing a varied caseload.

• Meeting company professional expectations (e.g., meeting billables and effective client management).

• Attending meetings, supervision, and personal development sessions (as required).

• Building relationships with key stakeholders, including therapists, clients, and referral sources.

• Working across leading software platforms and online tools.

Essential Requirements

Candidates must possess the following qualifications and checks:

• Relevant Tertiary qualifications in a related field.

• Discipline-specific professional registration (i.e., AHPRA).

• Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card).

• NDIS Worker Screening Check.

• Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (or valid exemption).

• Police Check & International Police Check (only applicable to individuals who have lived overseas).

• Drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

• Car insurance.

• Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance.

• First Aid (optional).
