  • Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse (RN/EN) to provide high-quality patient care at a clinic located in Toowoomba. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment, managing chronic diseases, performing various procedures, and ensuring the overall well-being of our patients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment to uphold standards of hygiene and patient safety.
    • Manage chronic diseases and provide ongoing care and support to patients with chronic conditions.
    • Perform a variety of procedures including wound care, iron infusions, ear syringing, vaccinations, injections, and ECGs.
    • Conduct health assessments and screenings to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
    • Collaborate with other clinic staff and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care.
    • Liaise with community services and external healthcare providers to facilitate referrals and coordinate patient care as needed.
    • Ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of medical equipment according to clinic protocols.
    • Provide education and support to patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing for Registered Nurses.
    • Diploma of Nursing for Enrolled Nurses.
    • Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) with the [State/Country] Nursing Board.
    • Previous experience working in a clinic or similar healthcare setting preferred.
    • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
    • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
