STORE MANAGER | NEW STORE OPENING | NORWOOD $67K–$70K + Super + Incentives + Seasonal Garment Allowance
I’m currently recruiting for an exciting new store opening in Norwood, and I’m looking for an experienced Fashion Store Manager to take the lead from day one.
This is a beautiful fashion brand catering to a mature, fashion-forward customer, with a strong focus on quality, styling and delivering a genuinely personalised customer experience.
With the store due to open around late October, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves fashion, knows how to drive sales and is excited by the opportunity to build a team and make a new store their own.
ABOUT THE ROLE As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching and developing your team
- Driving sales and achieving store targets
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Building strong and lasting customer relationships
- Creating a high-performing and positive team culture
- Managing day-to-day store operations
- Maintaining strong visual merchandising and store standards
- Taking ownership of the store and its performance
- Playing a key role in the successful launch of this new location
ABOUT YOU I’m looking for someone with strong fashion retail management experience who is confident leading a team and genuinely enjoys being on the shop floor.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous Store Manager experience within fashion retail
- A proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- A passion for fashion and styling
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- A commercial and results-driven mindset
- The confidence and initiative to build a new store from the ground up
Most importantly, I’m looking for someone who can drive the sales, inspire the team and create an exceptional customer experience.
