What You'll Be Doing
Territory Sales & Growth

• Drive sales growth across a strategic territory centered in primary regional hubs including Ballarat, andGeelong, extending into Eastern SA and parts of Metro Melbourne.
• Build strong, trusted relationships across bothcompanion animal clinics and large animal / livestock practices.
• Identify new business opportunities across small animal therapeutics and commercial livestock herds.
• Deliver against territory targets through proactive territory planning and field visits.

Key Account Management

• Partner closely with vets, practice managers, and clinical teams in both rural and peri-urban practices.
• Act as a trusted partner for product advice, practical education, and commercial support.
• Strengthen existing clinic relationships while unlocking high-potential growth opportunities.

Industry & Field Engagement

• Represent the business at veterinary conferences, industry events, and regional field days.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity across both companion and livestock sectors to feed insights back to the team.

Who We're Looking For

• Proven background in animal health sales, veterinary sales, or territory management.
• High comfort level operating across amixed territory—equally confident discussing companion animal pharmaceuticals and large animal/dairy health solutions with vets.
• Exposure to regional VIC markets (such as, Ballarat or Geelong) is highly regarded.
• Strong commercial mindset, relationship-building skills, and self-motivation to manage a large, high-potential territory.
