About the company: Our client was established over twenty years and has forged a great reputation for itself within the New South Wales ground engineering sector. Initially establishing a client base within steel, bored, grout and CFA piling they have continued to evolve into other areas of ground engineering and can fulfill small intricate projects to large scale sized works.
About the Role:
We are seeking an Estimator to join a well-established team to work on piling and ground engineering projects in Sydney and NSW. Projects can be in value up to $20 million. to work on projects throughout Sydney & NSW.
About the Duties
- Reporting to the Managing Director
- Working alongside commercial and project teams
- Estimating for CFA, bored piling, diaphragm wall, anchoring projects
- Initial tendering and design review
- Compile Estimates
- Final tender documents
- Client meetings
- Preparation of documents for the operations team
- Handover of work
- Re-estimating for Design changes
About the Requirements:
- Formal qualification in Civil Engineering
- Have a background in Piling/Ground Engineering
- Proven background as an Estimator
- Be methodical, organised and accurate
- String IT skills
- Good communication skills
- Design experience would also be an advantage
