We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Community Development Officer to assist the business development manager with the successful development and implementation of our programs at our Deception Bay location.

Your New Role

The Community Development Officer will be responsible for the implementation, delivery and ongoing management of a range of crime prevention, social engagement and youth development programs.  

About You

  • Minimum Diploma of youth work or a relevant qualification in the area of practice
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in social and community programs
  • Ability to effectively supervise and develop staff and volunteers
  • Demonstrated experience working with people of all ages and physical attributes
  • Hold a current driver’s licence
