The Role:
- Support both Property Management & Business Development teams
- Conduct inspections, manage rent increases, and prepare lease agreements
- Schedule & attend open homes
- Respond to enquiries and process tenant applications
- Ensure properties are immaculate and ready for tenants
About You:
- Previous Leasing Consultant experience is essential
- Energetic, driven, and passionate about real estate
- Thrives under pressure and loves a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communicator with strong people skills
