About the Employer: A leading, NFP, local employer providing a range of programs and services, including being culturally secure, community-based healing services that utilise a trauma-informed approach to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, young people, and adults.

Position Specifics.

Team Leader - This position is responsible for our client and activity operation of the program to ensure quality standards are maintained and services are being delivered. Objectively, program delivery, specifically for young Indigenous women and mums, implementation, evaluation, case work, quality assurance, manage and lead a small team, liaising with key stakeholders.

Case Manager, Counsellor, Family Support Worker - These varied and dynamic positions are responsible for providing case management and support to the Stolen Generation(s) clients and their families who have been institutionalised, adopted and fostered through past government removal policies.

Essentially Offering:

  1. Relevant Qualification in Counselling, Social Work/Mental Health
