Maintenance Fitter - Cement Plant
- Support Pinkenba Cement plant operations as a Maintenance Fitter.
- Maintain and service fixed plant equipment, responding to breakdowns and troubleshooting.
- Perform oxy cutting, welding, and rectify mechanical faults.
Maintenance Fitter
Join Wagners as a fulltime, qualified and experienced Maintenance Fitter supporting our Pinkenba Cement plant operations.
About the Role
- Competitive hourly rate $45.34 plus overtime (when available)
- Work Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays
- Maintain and service fixed plant equipment at our Cement facility
- Respond to breakdowns and carry out troubleshooting/fault finding
- Support shutdowns, upgrades, and project work
- Oxy cutting, welding, rectify mechanical faults
About you
- Relevant Trade Qualification - Cert 3 Engineering Mechanical preferred
- Exposure to a continuous manufacturing environment (desirable)
- Confident with computer programs - for completing work orders and requests
- Must be able to pass all satisfactory pre-employment checks
- Drug & Alcohol
- Medical
- Police Check
- 2 References
