Position Details
Casual position
Monday to Friday shifts (approx. 7:00am–3:00pm)
Minimum availability of 3 weekday.
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need to be perfect — but you do need to care.
A kind, empathetic, and compassionate nature (essential)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Certificate III or IV in Community Services, Aged Care, or Disability (highly regarded)
Nursing students are encouraged to apply
Previous aged care or community experience (preferred)
Strong communication and people skills
What You’ll Be Doing
Helping clients live independently at home
Providing companionship and social support
Assisting with transport, shopping, and community activities
Delivering personal care with dignity and respect
Supporting light household tasks and meal preparation
What You’ll Need
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
Current (or willingness to obtain):
First Aid & CPR certification
Police Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check
