This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing processing team on an 8:6 / 7:7 rotating roster, with competitive rates, weekly pay and the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.
The Role:
Working within the processing plant, you’ll be responsible for safely operating and monitoring plant equipment to maximise production while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
Your day-to-day duties may include:
- Operating and monitoring crushing, grinding and milling circuits
- Working across CIL/CIP circuits and associated process equipment
- Conducting routine plant inspections and recording operating data
- Identifying and reporting plant issues while assisting with troubleshooting
- Maintaining housekeeping standards and following site safety procedures
- Working closely with the maintenance and production teams

- FIFO from Perth
- 8:6 / 7:7 roster rotating dayshift and nightshift
- $60-$65 per hour depending on experience
- Weekly pay
- Super paid on all hours worked
- Meals and camp accommodation provided
- Initial 3-month contract with genuine temp-to-perm potential
- Immediate mobilisation required, with a preferred start date between 1st and 4th September
About You:
To be considered you will ideally have:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a process operator
- Strong exposure to gold circuits including grinding, milling, and CIL/CIP operations
- Current Australian Driver License
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A
- Must have full Australian working rights and be residing in WA
