Job Description
We are opening a brand new Williams and The Trybe dual-brand store in Whitford City in October 2026 and are on the lookout for a Store Manager and Assistant Manager to lead theteam.
In these roles, you'll lead from the front, driving sales, coaching your team, and creating a standout store experience. You'll be hands-on, people-focused, and commercially sharp.

What you'll do
- Lead, develop, and inspire your team to hit sales and service targets
- Play an active role in the mid-year store relocation, helping set up a high-performing, future-focused store
- Oversee the transition to a two-brand store environment(Williams & The Trybe)
- Maintain high standards across store presentation, VM, and stock flow
- Manage rosters and wage performance with precision
- Build a team culture grounded in trust, energy, and retail pride
- Create memorable customer moments every day
