What would I be doing?
As a NDIS Facilitator, you will be responsible for facilitating all client activities from pre-planning through to intake with their NDIS plans. This role is crucial for providing people with disabilities information, assistance and support throughout this process.
This could include:
- Participating in client negotiations and promote suitable service provision options and providing financial quoting for services.
- Complete/update CPL Client Service Agreements.
- Monitor client plan status (extended plans and / or new plans) and fully manage the intake process for ongoing service provision in your region.
- Prepare & support clients at NDIS Plan meetings.
- Report and rectify potential billing and system interface errors.
- Analyse funding utilisations and advise on corrective actions required.
- Deliver NDIS training to local teams.
- Track and register details of the client support and funding utilisation.
- Build positive networks and relationship with disability organisations, local area coordinators and the NDIA to support business objectives.
This is a part-time role working for approximately 45 hours a fortnight.

What you’ll need
- Previous experience with the disability / community services industry or current knowledge and understanding of NDIS.
- An understanding of DES, ADE and employment programs is desirable.
- A passion for people and a focus on great customer service.
- A commitment to working together to deliver great outcomes.
- Great listening and respectful communication skills.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check (we can help).
