An established construction company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take the lead on a major $36M new-build retail development in Narangba.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with a strong new-build background, who is confident managing complex projects, leading teams and driving delivery from commencement through to completion.
The Role
- Leading the delivery of a $36M new-build retail development
- Lead and manage the project team, subcontractors and consultants
- Develop and maintain detailed project programs
- Manage budgets, timelines, quality and project risks
- Drive project delivery and ensure key milestones are achieved
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Working between the Narangba project site and Bowen Hills office
About You
- Demonstrated experience managing new-build retail construction projects
- Excellent programming and project planning skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent commercial and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to take ownership of a major project and deliver successful outcomes
