We are partnering with a well-established and growing insurance building company looking to appoint experienced Building Supervisors to join their team in Townsville.

As an Insurance Building Supervisor, you will require:
- Previous experience supervising residential construction, insurance repairs or building reinstatement works.
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (essential).
- Strong understanding of building practices, Australian Standards and compliance requirements.
- Ability to coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers across multiple projects.
- Experience managing project timelines, quality control and site safety.
- Excellent communication skills when dealing with homeowners, trades and internal teams.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- A current Australian driver's licence.
