Synergie is seeking Production | Assembly Workers to join a fast-growing, Australian-owned manufacturer of precision-engineered steel framing systems in Edinburgh. This role offers full-time hours with potential permanency after probation.
Pay Rate: $35.16/hr + penalties
Hours: 5:30am – 1:30pm Monday to Friday
About the Role
You’ll be assembling steel frames for residential homes in a fast-paced factory environment. The role is hands-on and physically active.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble steel frame components using hand and power tools
- Repetitive manual handling up to 20kg
- Follow diagrams, work instructions, and production plans accurately
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily targets
- Perform quality checks and report any issues
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
What We’re Looking For
- Physically fit candidates capable of repetitive tasks
- Motivated, reliable, and hands-on team players
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or construction is a plus, but training is provided
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude
