Program Manager - Deposits

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale Deposit Migration and Product Harmonisation initiatives within the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of deposit migration programs, ensuring successful transition of customers, products, and balances.

Drive product harmonisation activities across legacy and target platforms to simplify and standardise banking products.

Manage cross-functional teams including Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance.

Develop and oversee program plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.

Ensure regulatory, operational, and customer outcomes are achieved throughout the migration lifecycle.
Key Requirements

Proven experience delivering deposit migration programs in banking or financial services.

Strong background in product harmonisation, core banking transformation, or platform consolidation initiatives.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders.

Strong leadership, risk management, and communication skills.

Experience working within regulated environments and large-scale transformation programs.
Preferred

Experience in retail banking deposits, savings, transaction accounts, or core banking modernisation.

Relevant program management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent).
