Forklift Operator

We are looking for experienced Forklift Operators to join a busy cold storage operation in Veradilla. This is a permanent role for reliable, safety-focused operators who can work in a fast-paced cold environment and are willing to learn.

About the Role
Operate a Toyota forklift to move, pick and load products for dispatch. You’ll also wrap pallets and help with general labouring as needed. The role involves working in chilled (0–2°C) and freezer (-20°C) areas, with protective clothing provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Toyota forklift safely
• Load and unload pallets
• Move and store products in chiller and freezer areas
• Complete basic forklift checks
• Wrap pallets and assist with general labouring
• Work with the team to meet daily targets
• Check stock and report any issues
• Follow safety, hygiene and PPE requirements
• Keep work areas clean and safe

About You

• Current Forklift License and experience preferred 
• Warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Reliable and safety-focused
• Comfortable working in cold and freezer areas
• Good attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Good communication and teamwork

Pay and Roster

• Starting rate: $29.93 - $34.42 per hour
• Training is provided, with opportunities to increase your hourly rate as you build your skills.

Choose your shift:

• Day Shift: 4am start, rotating days including weekends. 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week.
• Night Shift: 3pm start. 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week. No Saturdays.
